Counterbalance Shop Crane
The counterbalance shop crane is a manual hydraulic floor crane designed to lift and position heavy loads while providing extended reach and improved accessibility around obstacles. Unlike standard shop cranes, it uses a rear counterweight system (ballast included) to balance the load, allowing the lifting arm to extend further without front legs obstructing the working area.
Available in 550 kg and 750 kg capacity models (SCH05 and SCH075), this crane features a telescopic extendable boom with adjustable reach from 930 mm to 2080 mm. As the boom extends, the lifting capacity adjusts accordingly to ensure safe operation. The maximum lifting height with the telescopic arm fully extended reaches 2750 mm.
The crane is equipped with a double-action hydraulic pump (1000 kg rated) for efficient and smoother lifting performance, along with a 360° swivel hook for flexible load positioning. Its sturdy construction ensures durability in industrial and workshop environments.
